We will be glad to offer you a full refund on any products that would have suffered any damages on transport within 15 days of email confirmation of your purchase, at any of our stores, on products that are new, unused and returned in their original packaging. Refund will be the same type of payment than the original purchase. Delivery fees will not be refunded
